Making Newborn Props

I have seen tons of beautiful props out there for baby girls! So many choices, almost TOO many choices. I had a few specific things in mind for a recent session, but I couldn't seem to find anything that was just right. Having always been a crafty person, I decided I would just make what I needed. Hours of internet research yeilded a huge variety of techniques and styles. Now all I had to do was settle on the handful I wanted to tackle first. I ended up with two beautiful satin flowers, a feather pad, a lace crown, and an adorable University of Texas pleated flower. I can't wait to make more goodies. What have you been up to lately?
