It's that time of year again. The weather is turning (marginally) cooler, leaves are changing, and spooky costumes and bags of candy are flying off the racks and shelves. With Halloween only a week away, it's time to start planning those holiday photos? Yup, sounds weird, but this is the time to get your holiday photos done so you can be sure to have them ready to go when it's time to mail them out in December. Photo items such as mugs, books, calendars, and more are great gift ideas! Sessions book up fast, so be sure to schedule early!

Today sports starts up again for us. This season we have a baseball player and a volleyball player, I haven't gotten a chance to do any volleyball photos yet so I am excited about it. :) Aspen, our oldest, played one season in 5th grade but wasn't interested again until now. I actually played when I was in junior high, but that was a long time ago (and I wasn't very good!). I am looking forward to watching her play.
Kai is playing baseball again and hopes to have the chance to pitch a game. Bryan is happy to be on a shift that will allow him to attend some of the practices, as well as most of the games this time around. He'd like to coach but there is a chance he might get deployed before the season's end, so he opted to just help out as much as he can. Games are on the same da Saturdays at different locations so it might get interesting if the times don't jive. Hmmm, well for better or for worse, here we go!! |
About JenniferI am a Christian, an artist, a singer, and a total birth nerd. Ever since I can remember, I've loved taking pictures, movies, and helping people. My best friend and soulmate, Bryan, and I have been blessed with four beautiful children and a wild and woolly granddaughter. Some of my favorite things to do are helping families prepare for and navigate labor and birth, and helping them capture beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Archives
