Having a baby is an incredibly exciting time!  It's also an incredibly expensive time.  There are going to be a ton of people asking you what you want and need for your little one, and asking where you are registered.  I believe it's smart to ask for what you really want, and while you'll need diapers, clothes are adorable, and toys are fun, those diapers end up in the trash, the clothes are outgrown in a matter of weeks, and toys will be a thing of the past in a few years.
