I haven't had time to blog like I'd like! Miss Katelynn came to see me at three weeks old. She came onto the scene a little earlier than expected, we all figured she just didn't want to miss Christmas! While I normally recommend my newbies come in before they are 14 days old, this little angel did great! She's a natural, just take a look for yourself!

Isn't little 5 day old Mireia the cutest? I enjoyed working with this little bundle, along with her spunky two year old sister. These girls are going to have lots of fun growing up together! This sweet little one has brought long-awaited joy to her home. Hope after loss, joy after sorrow, tiny Cora is a blessing indeed. It was my honor to work with her family and capture her newness at 8 days. Want to book your own newborn session in our San Antonio studio? We would love to work with your growing family! For more information, take a look here! Gah! Are these kiddos cute or what?! This sweet family wanted some portraits of their kids done at their new home, so we headed out one brisk morning to do just that. There was some gorgeous light out, which was a blessing since you never can tell with San Antonio weather! This beautiful couple braved a very chilly morning with me to capture a little bit of their love story. They have such a great, easy-going chemistry. Bryan and I really enjoyed our time with them. You just can't beat that sweet morning light, and she brought two fabulous dresses! Adoption. If ever a word meant love, that word is adoption. To take a child you didn't bear, and make them part of your family. It's a beautiful thing. It is my honor to help this awesome family express that excitement and anticipation, as they go through the process of adopting a child from Uganda. What a lucky kiddo he or she will be! Mr. Zachary came to see me one cold and misty morning! He was such a character, so much fun to work with! We laughed, and joked, and before we knew it, we were all done! I can't wait to get together with this little guy again! :) What a doll! I got to photograph little Evie at her home and she did great! I am in love with her session, who doesn't swoon over a gorgeous baby with a little bling and a sweet tiny bear?! Don't forget! If you, or someone you know is expecting, and would love to have images like these of YOUR sweet little blessing, book before Jan 1st and get a 6 month session FREE! Busy schedules and families with teenage boys! This mom wanted updated family portraits, and she wanted to commemorate her oldest son's senior year, but she knew that trying to get her 4 guys to agree to not one, but TWO sessions wasn't going to happen! We booked enough time with them to capture some family images for their walls, and to celebrate her son's senior year as well. To make things more challenging, the day of the session was cold, misty, and dreary. After a little discussion, we all agreed to press on, and I'm pretty stoked with what we got! I can honestly say that I have never done both sessions back to back before, but we moved quickly and I'm hoping that it wasn't too painful for the men in the family. :) Big congrats to her soon to be grad! It's been a busy season around here! I have some catching up to do, so get ready to see some beautiful babies and fun families over the next couple of weeks! First of all, I'm going to start with pretty little Paisley! Isn't she just a doll? Her momma brought in a sweet little crochet dress that one of her family members made for her. I love it when families bring in outfits or props that are meaningful to them. I'm sure these images will be cherished for a lifetime! |
